Is Product Authenticity Guaranteed at Equobeauty?
How Long Can I Use a Product After Opening?
To ensure safety and effectiveness, check the expiration date, usually printed on the product’s packaging, or look for the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol. The PAO symbol (an open jar icon with a number, like 6M or 12M) indicates how many months a product remains usable after opening. For best results, always store products in a cool, dry place and follow these guidelines.
How Can I Find Out When an Item Will Be Restocked?
If a product is out of stock, simply enter your email in the “Notify Me When Available” option on the product page. You’ll receive an email as soon as the item is back in stock. You can also check back on our website anytime to see our latest updates and availability.
Which Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Qatar: We accept cash on delivery, card on delivery, and all major credit cards through our website.
Other GCC Countries: We accept card payments only, processed securely through the SkipCash payment gateway.

Currently, we deliver to all areas within Qatar, as well as to other countries in the GCC region.
What Are the Delivery Costs?
- Inside Doha: QAR 25.00
- Outside Doha: QAR 30.00

How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive?
In Qatar: We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 4:00 PM. Deliveries are scheduled according to your area, and you can expect your package to arrive between 5:00 PM and 9:30 PM. For requests outside our standard delivery hours, a special delivery charge of QAR 10 will apply. Please note that we do not deliver on Fridays or National Holidays.
For Other GCC Countries: You can expect your package to arrive within 3 to 4 days.
What Should I Do If My Order Is Incomplete or Incorrect?
At Equobeauty, we take great care to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. If you notice that an item is missing or if you received the wrong product, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible. Be sure to attach a photo of what you received to help us resolve the issue promptly.
For missing items, we will coordinate with our warehouse to arrange a quick delivery. If the missing item is out of stock, we will process a refund for you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to help!
